This lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment on the ground floor offers the ideal retreat for two people who want to spend relaxing days in the midst of the magnificent Grisons mountain landscape on around 70 m² of living space. The light-flooded living area with a cosy fireplace invites you to enjoy relaxed hours - whether reading a good book or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, deep fryer, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils - perfect for those who like to cook even on holiday.
The separate bedroom offers restful sleep, and the bathroom with bathtub invites relaxation after an active day. The apartment also features a television, WiFi connection, central heating, a hairdryer, and a sunny terrace of 10 m² with a view of the greenery - ideal for breakfast in fresh mountain air or an aperitif in the evening sun. A free parking space in the underground garage is also available. The excellent restaurant La Riva in the same house ensures special culinary delights - known beyond the region for its creative and high-quality cuisine.
Directly opposite the apartment is the beautiful Heidsee - a place with special charm in every season. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly by the house, and the nearest ski lift is just a few minutes' walk away.
