Simple, comfortable place to stay in Ranong. Close to shops and restaurants and was great to have aircon and a private bathroom. Service was friendly. Loved the nearby hot springs!

Room was quite basic and soundproofing not great, but honestly we were happy given how reasonably priced the accommodation was.

I really liked the setup around a courtyard Motel style. One row of rooms with a nice private sitting area right outside the room, DSA, and one row of rooms with a garage outside your room. I can't recall having choices when booking, so maybe specify your preference. Spacious, spotlessly clean room with good Aircon and good WiFi. Fridge in the room. Nice attached bathroom with a hot shower. Toilet paper, soap, towels and water bottles supplied. Very good air quality in the room. All my damp clothes from Ko Phayam dried up. It's a bit far from the bus station, but very good when going to or from the islands as the public Songthaews are passing along the main road 500 m away.

Do you really have to check in by 3pm???? It says 13.30-15.00 in the description. Some of us who have traveled a lot, take these times SERIOUSLY, as we might have previously been turned away when we arrive too late. I see people checking in in the evening, and the owners live on site. I think they are losing out on bookings because of this! Does it mean that you might get your room at 13.30, but the latest 15.00??? The charging outlets were a bit high up on the wall, but I'm prepared.

Family very friendly and helpful. Booked our onward travel. WiFi signal excellent. AC really good and very quiet and shower was very good. Close to shops and restaurants.

Room needed a bit of renovation but was extremely good value. No storage or hanging space.
