Charmant appartement au coeur de Guéliz à côté de train

The apartment was in a great location for the railway station, and for cafes, restaurants and shops. It was clean and functional with a comfortable sitting area, good sized bedroom and a balcony to sit out. Although on the main road the apartment faces the inner courtyard so was really quiet. There was a good shower and plenty of hot water and big thick towels. The kitchen was basic but had enough for us to make a simple meal and we appreciated having a kettle to make our own English tea and the washing machine could be really useful if there for longer.

The address was confusing as there are several entrances to the block and you need to know which one in order to find the apartment and then you need the code for the key box. The host was quick to respond to messages but we did have to ask a lot of questions to get all of the information needed for access. Balcony door is very difficult to open and needs fixing. A few suggestions to make the apartment even better would be to provide a few coffee pods and some clothes washing soap and to add a couple of colourful rugs and pictures to brighten it up.
