Perfect location if you in transit, as the train station is across the road, and the airport is 10 min away by taxi. For Moroccan standards, this is a great apartment, if there are any issues, the host is very responsive and helpful, in our case, we didn't have toilet paper, nor a remote control was working for the airconditioning, but it was quickly resolved with the host and the concierge desk from downstairs.

Loin de la partie chic de l’hivernage et de la zone annimée de Gueliz mais l’Accès est vraiment , facile en face hôtel ibis et à côté de l’hôtel longue vie. Mais au pied de l’immeuble il y a un café restaurant ce qui rend l’entrée insupportable avec l’odeur de la friture et la bouffe. L’état du bâtiment et l’appartement sont un peu ancien . Ce que j’ai surtout apprécié c’est le professionnalisme et la générosité du propriétaire qui a mis du chocolat, des boissons et des capsules cafés/thé à notre disposition
L’odeur de la bouffe dans le hall du batiment est insupportable et l’odeur du salon . Les tapis dans la salle de bain sont à renouveler et le calcaire dans la douche est à nettoyer.
