Incredible Luxury Apt with Garage and Tram Station

La ubicacion, limpieza, equipamiento y la amplitud del apartamento son excelentes. La disposicion del parking es un punto muy positivo y los transportes publicos son variados (bus, tranvia y metro) estan muy cerca. El barrio es muy tranquilo, con un supermercado al otro lado de la calle y un centro comercial a 5 minutos en bus.

Hay un edificio en construccion en la parte trasera del edificio, pero el ruido no es exagerado ni fuera de horas.

The apartment is large and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped - one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen in terms of appliances and utensils. You can comfortably cook almost anything there. There is also plenty of storage space all around, with numerous drawers and closets. The apartment includes a private parking spot and is located right next to a tram stop. We reported a few minor issues to the owner, and they were resolved the next day while we were out (with our approval). The building is located next to a tram depot, and the balcony overlooks it (so there is also frequent tram noise). The apartment offers a pleasant city view at night.

It appears that the owner primarily communicates via text message and does not respond to phone calls or Booking.com messages. However, once contact was established, the responses were quick. Our check-in was scheduled for 15, but we only received the entry instructions at 16 after several attempts to get in contact. (we are used to receiving check-in details at least few hours prior our arrival) When we arrived, the temperature inside the apartment was around 26+ degrees. Even after turning off the heating, we were only able to lower it to 24 degrees - we recommend opening the windows in winter. If you are around 1.80 m tall, you may find the shower head mounted quite low preventing a convenient use.

Apartman je prostran i topao. Veoma udoban krevet u spavaćoj sobi. Dnevni boravak je takođe bio prostran i udoban. Apartman ima sve što je potrebno za duži boravak. Neposrednno ispred zgrade se nalazi tramvaj i dobra je povezanost sa centrom grada. U blizini se nalazi nekoliko restorana i kafića sa dobrom ponudom. Veoma smo zadovoljni boravkom.

The host is very nice. The apartment is is new and we had all comfort we needed. It was nice to see the tram depo from the balcony.
