Vstřícné jednání, skvělá komunikace, srozumitelné instrukce. Krásné vybavení, čistota, pěkný výhled z balkonu.

Lokalizacja i podziemny bezpłatny parking to bardzo duży plus. Zaledwie 11 minut tramwajem do centrum (Plac Wacława). Mieszkanie czyste, schludne - wszystko czego trzeba przy krótszym lub dłuższym pobycie. Mieszkanie 'pets friendly'. Kontakt z właścicielem - bardzo dobry. Sklep spożywczy w tym samym kompleksie bez wygórowanych cen.
Mały minus, że nie można spacerować z psem po patio/dziedzińcu.
