Perfect location, very close to Piazza della Signoria, the very heart of the city. The street is silent despite its central location. We stayed as 4 ladies, 2 separate rooms made it very comfortable. Everything was clean; rooms, sheets, towels.
I could not receive instructions to enter the apartment timely, and they need slight updates (especially regarding the external doorbell) But not a big deal. The elevator worked throughout our stay but you must be ready to climb up 3 floors with long stairs in case it does not work.
