Its location was excellent. Close to the station and very short walk to town centre. Easy access to property when pub closed . Friendly staff. Room spacious.
The only thing was there was no toilet roll! Ended up buying some as although asked at the bar it never got brought to the room. Other than that it was good value and good large room.

The location was excellent. It is only 50 yards from the station at Reigate and five minutes from the centre of the town. There is an excellent coffee shop across the road. We are musicians and it suited our needs perfectly. We were able to have our meetings in the garden. The bar staff were friendly. The food was good. The room facilities were adequate to our needs. Bed, shower, accessories, towels but do not expect 4 Star luxury. Reigate is a lively market town and Gatwick Airport close by. Car parking is brilliant.
The stairs were narrow for luggage and especially for a 6ft 2inch drummer. There is no lift so could be difficult for overweight or infirm. As decorating was going on and its is a busy working pub, the way to the rooms can get blocked with deliveries

Staff was really nice, convenient location, though slight trade off being you do get train noise. This will be worse currently due to needing windows open with the current hot weather. Room did seem clean and towels etc.
TV didn't have a remote or a way to use. Toilet really needs replacement as very stained etc. Despite this, it was fine for a brief stay over.
