Accueil réceptionniste excellent, petit déjeuner bon, confort de la literie, chambre spacieuse , situation géographique adaptée à mon voyage.
Personnel de la navette peu avenant. Chasse d’eau à réviser - difficile à arrêter.

der Shuttle morgens um 4:00 Uhr war schon bereit als wir kurz vor 4:00 Uhr an die Rezeption kamen.

When I arrived at the airport, I contacted the hotel to arrange transportation, and only then was I informed that there was no room available. They directly suggested that we stay at another accommodation. If we did not accept, we would have had nowhere to stay, even though we had already paid, which was very disrespectful to guests.
They had promised round-trip airport transfers, but the next day they did not take us back to the airport, and no breakfast was provided. The service did not match the description.
