The host is responsive, trustworthy, nice and hospitable. The room is spacious clean and very well equipped for the price. Worth every penny.

The bathroom could be better equipped. You better bring some Toiletries with you.

The property is nice, spacious enough for two adults. It was clean and had what we needed for a one night stay.

I requested access to the private car parking at the very time of booking, and messaged the host about it in the same evening (2 weeks in advance). On the day of arrival I received instructions for check-in 30minutes before check-in. When asking about the parking and how do I pay, I was asked if I have requested parking, which I had done on 2 occasions, but obviously it was forgotten by the host. The key chain did not have a chip for the parking gate, and the host was out of town, so I had to find parking somewhere around. I was lucky to find a spot, but I was not able to use my car as planned, because I would have had to search for a space again, if I had gone out with the car. Sorry, but it's a very busy area (like most in Sofia) and if someone wants to pay you for the private parking space, this means they definitely need it.

I was so disappointed when I got there. The room was not properly cleaned, the towels were looking dead, I had to buy towels to use because I couldn't imagine using those towels on my skin. I booked a room with a mountain view balcony, and what I got was a terrible balcony facing construction site and road. The noise from the road was terrible even at night.

The noise from the road was terrible even at night, and the worst is that you get to be the one cleaning the apartment until you leave. I came for vacation and not to be cleaning. I have lived in other apartment in the same building on the 4th and 6th floor, and they offer room cleaning. The bathroom was the worse, it was as tiny as anything. You can only stand straight when having your bath if you try to turn or bend it is a war and mind you, I am a size 8, so I imagine if a bigger person booked the room.
