Location, the beds in the room are comfortable and sufficient, the room is newly renovated, and it's very close to a parking place with EV charger, a boulangerie, a Utile superstore, and a few good restaurants all in walk distance.
It'll be nicer if there is some place in the bathroom to store the booth brushes, cups, creams, etc as the washing sink is very small and no place to put the cleaning necessaries. Also the stairs are very steep and short in space and it may be difficult for someone either very tall or overweight to take the stairs. I'm 185cm tall and 88kg and it was not easy for me to walk up and down the stairs without being extremely slow and careful to avoid hitting my head.

On ne peut pas dire un aspect négatif d'appréciation mais juste des détails à améliorer : Peut être à améliorer un peu le nettoyage ( vitres ) mais rien de vraiment important. Boite à clé quelques difficultés à ouvrir mais avec un peu de patience on y parvient !
