Needs better signage in the front
Yard needs lught both back and front to find parking and locate the back units
Front entrance need cleaning up, grass growing up makung the place looking spooky.
Otherwise it was a hidden gem..love the unit!

Location and two beds….the property needs Air conditioning unit or stand fans to keep the unit cool…also would be good to have small vacuum cleaner so rooms can be kept clean….

Please be clear on what constitutes ‘air conditioning.’ The floor units are quite weak
