The apartment is nice and clean, and it was a good location for us but maybe less if you wanna be close to the city.
The communication is really lacking, there is almost no information nor communication, especially for a self checking. No wifi or no answer about it.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with secure undercover parking. Washing machine and dryer included.
Needed some maintenance in particular several plumbing issues. Tile floors clean but carpets badly stained . Dirty cupboard handles and several bugs running around. No brooms and minimal equipment supplied.

Location was fantastic for needing to be by PA hospital. Parking was a bonus.
Laundry facilities and clothes line on the balcony were very helpful.
Apartment wasn’t overly clean and could use a spruce up. Walls were filthy.
Kitchen utensils were limited.
