ES UN APARTAMENTO MUY BONITO, CÓMODO, LIMPIO, MUY AGRADABLE
ES UN POCO LEJOS DEL CENTRO. LA ENTREGA DE LLAVES ES UN POCO COMPLICADO, YA QUE TODO ES POR INTERNET, CON APLICATIVO, PARA UN TURISTA QUE NO TENGA INTERNET SE LE COMPLICA, COMO PARA UNA PERSONA ADULTA NO ES NADA FACIL EL PROCESO

Excellent facilities, clean, modern and brand new. Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, away from the chaos. At 50m of a stop of the 8 Line (tram) which takes you to the city centre and main sightseeing sites quickly and cheaply. Communication with property management is fast and responsive.
The check-in process can be somewhat challenging for guests not comfortable with smartphones: it requires use of an AI-assisted web-based chat, uploading documents, QR codes, and a dedicated keyring app to open the door the first time. It pays off investing some time ahead of arriving, to avoid connectivity issues upon arrival. Instructions are clear and precise, though, so not a big deal.

Lovely place, almost as good as new.
We had to wait more than 45 standing on the street to be let in, despite stating our arrival time very clearly several times. The bathroom off the living room smelt of sewage
