Everything was exceptional.

It was really close to the bus station. It was really modern and a great value.

Good location. Although it’s not within walking distance of Rome’s main monuments, it’s very easy to get to the city centre, with several bus stops just a 2-minute walk away. The building is modern and secure, and the apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The only thing missing was an iron, but when we asked for one, the host was very responsive and delivered a brand-new iron and ironing board within a day, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and found the apartment to be a great base for exploring Rome.

The communication was mainly through an automated chatbot rather than directly with the host. While our requests were dealt with, the interaction felt quite impersonal and at times it would have been easier to communicate with a person directly.

Lovely place, almost as good as new.

We had to wait more than 45 standing on the street to be let in, despite stating our arrival time very clearly several times. The bathroom off the living room smelt of sewage
