This property is a charming house featuring a small garden and a very well-equipped kitchen. While it has everything you might need, some organization would make items easier to locate. The owner is exceptionally responsive and was both kind and helpful in answering all of our questions.
1. Water Heater Problem: The water takes an extremely long time to get hot. We waited for almost 20 minutes, and the water temperature only increased slightly. This makes basic tasks like showering for 3 people very difficult.
2. Electrical System Problem: The electrical circuit appears to be easily overloaded. We cannot use more than one major appliance at a time (e.g., a hair dryer and the heater) without the power cutting out completely. When this happens, we have to go outside to the main breaker box to reset it, which is inconvenient and concerning.

Located in ground floor and home heating system depends on only small portable heater. Induction cooktop cannot be used with heater due to the old power line.
Draining area has some bad smell and recommend to have a small diffuser near by. (Understandable in an old house though) Portable heater cannot change a power and it is off frequently. Feel cold
