The apartment is located on the slopes of Monte Serra about 200 meters. s. L.M. nestled among the olive trees of a farm, it enjoys an exceptional view of the valley below to the sea. Recently renovated, it is furnished in a typical Tuscan style with fine finishes; it consists of: kitchenette, fully equipped, large and bright double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, closet.
The apartment has an exclusive private parking, a garden equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue and a pleasant swimming pool with a view of the valley.
In the village of Calci, about 1km. from the house, it is possible to visit the monastic complex of the Certosa Monumentale (one of the most beautiful and important in Italy), the Museum of Natural History of the University of Pisa, the 11th century Romanesque church and a large number of chapels and hermitages of great historical-artistic interest.
From the apartment you can leave for nature walks and trekking routes.

The house and it's place in the landscape is better than what we could've hoped for, there couldn't be a better place for a relaxing vacation. Definitely the best part is the host though, very nice, warm and caring, thank you so much! We'll definitely come back.

Vous ne trouverez pas mieux en Toscane ! La beauté et la tranquillité du site sont fantastiques mais le meilleur reste l accueil et la gentillesse de ses propriétaires.... Le tout près des sites à visiter. Une perle....

Wij hebben een heerlijke 3 dagen gehad, boven op de berg.
Er komen was de eerste x wel spannend, daarna ging het een stuk beter.
Prachtig onderhouden grond met 4 appartementen en een zwembad.
Appartement was ruim en schoon. Prachtig uitzicht en lieve verhuurders, welke ook snel reageren.
Als we weer in de buurt zijn gaan we zeker terug.

Die Unterkunft liegt romantisch im Grünen am Hang eines Tals nahe Pisa.
Die Wohnungen haben Mosquitonetze an den Fenstern, eine recht gute Ausstattung und sind trotz Hitze recht kühl.
Die Zufahrt führt durch eine sehr (!!!) schmale und steile Zufahrt, was jedes Mal mit unserem Kombi Milimeterarbeit war. Beim Runterfahren sind wir zudem immer fast aufgesetzt - das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.
Zudem hatten wir uns ein ruhiges Plätzchen erhofft, leider war ausschlafen ohne Ohropax quasi nicht möglich, da jeden Morgen (auch sonntags..) das Gebell der Hunde oder der Landmaschinen (Motorsense, Rasenmäher…) zu hören war.
Der Pool ist ein toller Platz mit Aussicht, hier lässt es sich aushalten auch wenn man die Schattenplätze unter den Olivenbäumen nachmittags suchen muss, da es keine Sonnenschirme gibt. Hier am besten selbst einen mitbringen.
