Everything was clean and new. Well looked after and stocked. Susan was very friendly and accommodating.
Nothing they could do but there was construction across the road.

Fantastic view from the room. Very clean, warmest welcome I received in years. I would not consider any other place when I am back in the Strand area to stay.
There is not much if anything that was not nice. Only comment and suggestion I have if they can just have two pillows per person vs 1 per person. but it was fine and did not really bother me, this is now really nitpicking. After construction it will even look better so I don't mind that as well because building is temporary and very needed in that area to uplift the look and feel.

Neat and the people were amazing
Unfortunately there was construction right in-front of the property. Excessive noise from early in the morning. The property itself was amazing
