This calm, coastal apartment has the capacity to comfortably
accommodate up to five guests-be it families, friends, or even couples.
Complete with a fully equipped kitchen that includes all you may need
for a comfortable self-catering experience, from a wine storage cabinet
to a large refrigerator and dishwasher for convenience.
This is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom staycation
that features a comfortable lounge and a balcony with a braai area for
those perfect, relaxed evenings overlooking the trees and a soft sea
view. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed, and the second
bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a
single bed on top. The first bathroom comprises a bathtub, a washbasin
with vanity, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet, while the second
bathroom has a toilet and a shower. Linen and towels are included in
your stay.
Guests will have access to a BBQ or braai area, a communal swimming
pool, as well as one designated covered parking bay. Some local
attractions include the brand-new Waterworld Strand and Nice Ice Cream
Parlour and the Strand Pavilion, only a stone's throw away, where
oceanfront restaurants, a daily market, and some of the best ice cream
in the Western Cape can be enjoyed.
Coral Grove offers modern stays with warmth and ease. Whether for
business or leisure, you will be close to the family fun, markets, and
seaside charm that define Strand.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 15 Norman Rd, Strand, Cape Town, 7139.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
