Zoals in een eerdere review te lezen is dit appartement echt van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is super beleefd, spreekt goed Engels en is snel in het contact. Indien er iets nodig is regelt de eigenaar dat het personeel van het resort direct iets op komt lossen of komt helpen. Het appartement ligt op tuktuk afstand van de drukte van de stad en super dichtbij het vliegveld. Echt een aanrader om je reis in alle rust te starten of af te sluiten, zeker met kinderen!! Tip: uber eats voor eten of boodschappen werkt ideaal. De eigenaar bood tips van bestelplaatsen en kwamen zelfs persoonlijk even langs met een kleine attentie.

The apartment is extremely clean and beautifully designed, with a minimal interior accented by soft green and pink touches. It gives a “home away from home” feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a steamer, microwave, all types of tableware, and a washing machine, which is very convenient for longer stays. Mops and basic cleaning supplies are available if needed, and there is also a cleaning service provided. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with a large, extremely comfy double bed. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe and a desk with a mirror, making it easy to unpack, organize clothes, and arrange personal items or cosmetics neatly. The living room is also very pleasant, with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The balcony is especially cute, with a cozy chair where you can relax and enjoy the town view. The apartment is located within a premium residential town that offers facilities such as swimming pools, a gym, and a coffee shop for residents. I really loved the coffee shop. The area is very quiet and calm, which makes you feel relaxed and at ease. One room faces a green area with trees, birds, and even cows grazing occasionally—such a peaceful and lovely view. Staying here also gives you a glimpse into Sri Lankan daily life within a peaceful, well-organized community. Located in Negombo city, it’s easy to get around by tuk-tuk or taxi. While not right next to everything, it feels nice to return to a quiet place away from city noise after a day out. The host, Cheshan, is a well-established Sri Lankan entrepreneur—professional, well-mannered, and chill. He was very welcoming despite my late, last-minute arrival and, as a local, knows the area well and is always willing to help. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a premium, very clean apartment-style stay in Negombo, whether for leisure or business.

If you need two bathrooms, note that while the apartment technically has two, only one is a full main bathroom. The second is located in a storage area and is quite compact, so it may not be very practical to use.
