The beautiful vibes in the hotel. Management were on point

We stayed for over a month. The owner was friendly and generally responsive when we needed help, which made the long stay easier. The shower was practical and easy to use. The location is convenient — within walking distance to the university and with plenty of food options nearby. Considering how expensive accommodation can be in central Melbourne, the price felt reasonable.

A couple of things to note: there was no linen/sheet change during our stay. However, there is a laundromat within about a 10-minute walk, so laundry was manageable. Also, the room we booked only had a queen bed and could not accommodate an extra bed, so if you are staying with multiple guests, it’s best to confirm the bedding arrangement in advance.

I felt so welcome by all the staff big shout out to the owner Sammy he’s a top guy, Niall and Dan are also two legends felt like I’d known them years on my first day! You get more than you pay for it’s ideal for anyone looking for budget private room while travelling/ visiting.

Our host was exceptional, he offered to check us in earlier than what we originally intended due to unforeseen circumstances. And nothing gets better than having guiness on the bottom floor :)
