-AC in different rooms is excellent as you can switch on & off as needed.
-Comfortable apartment for a 2 week stay. Main bedroom & couch was small but we got used to it.
-Great set up for washing & drying clothes.
-Large fridge with freezer is excellent for long term stay (freezing water bottles & keeping groceries)
-Property manager was very responsive via WhatsApp
-Pool had a strange underwater net thing, constricting the area and absolutely NO shade, surrounded by concrete. We used it once and not again. Lots of improvement needed in this area!
-No hand towels or tea towels… seems to be a Vietnam thing… just not great in terms of hygiene.
-We had to remind the manager to clean the apartment (as promised) which happened on 3rd last day.

立地はとてもよくプールもあり過ごせました。川サイドが見られて夜景も綺麗でした。
全く清潔ではないです。ホテルの部屋はホコリが目立った、シャワーヘッドは壊れていて排水溝から異臭がすごかったし、洗濯機置場にもダンボールやゴミがあり残念でした。

The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. It’s located in the city center, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I’ll definitely come back next time!
The room looked exactly like the photos, with a beautiful city view at night. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very kind. The space was quiet and felt just like home. Highly recommended!
