Everything great, staff super welcoming and helpful throughout.
More advice than anything but somewhere to put your items when in the top bunk would be useful, there was nowhere to put anything.

The location is amazing, right in the center so easy to walk to things and the staff are helpful. Beds are comfy but they squeak and move so much when people on the top bunk get on and off
The female rooms needs to be moved to the double room which is was a day after my staff. People hang their washing on the balcony so random people and the staff are constantly walking into rooms - it lacks privacy and doesn’t make your belongings feel safe. The bathroom could also do with a refurbishment instead of having that big tub as it was dirty at times.
