Large 2 bed flat with balcony and fantastic view to Burj Khalifa, even a filtered view of the fountains was nice. Very comfortable beds and excellect air con that was quite and very effective in whole flat. Nice pool close by and view from flat and balcony included the garden setting of the pool which was protected from any road noise on other side. Despite only being on 3rd floor the position was ideal and perfect and easy walk to the Dubai Mall as well.

The hot water stopped working in 2nd bathroom, but that was no big deal since we had 2 bathrooms anyway. Also shower attachment was faulty in one bathroom bath, but there was a separate shower anyway so caused no issues. Kitchen a bit worn but everything we needed was there. Only other thing is that it takes a considerable time to get security deposit back (few weeks) and should have mentioned all the little faults upon moving in since the contact for checking in was not aware of all the small faults like broken shower attachment.

It was in a very good location

I sent a 2000 Durham insurance deposit that was said to be sent back after my stay but never was. I want it back
