INA HOMES - Tower 7 Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment with Full Burj Khalifa & Fountain Views

nice view in general and from sofa and balcony, bedrooms and kitchen in good condition, near dubai mall (but probalby not for a walk due climate even at night)

Awful state of bathrooms with visible mold, really cheap small shower head, one of the bathrooms was really dirty. I wait for a while for hot water but it not goes to be hot in 5 min, so i use it as is just little bit warm. Main window at the centre of guestroom is covered with some kind of whitish coating on the outside and partially opaque, with this view i think this should be non legal =) They couldn't give me a card so to pass to fountain and dubai mall, i was need to go around (entry is from back street, if you have no card). Children bed matress seems to be not clean (not actual for me but also gives additional non-cleaness) Dissapointing state of property!
