The host was very helpful and responsive, we had lovely breakfast (yoghurt and croissants) and teas and coffee welcoming us. The apartment is freshly decorated, very modern and well located for sights and metro.
It is a basement flat with not much natural light and it is a bit damp. There is a very good humidifier though so just make sure it's on and emptied.
