Dobra lokalizacja mimo dyskoteki wręcz pod oknami. Dość dobry kontakt z właścicielem nawet jak wywaliło prąd przed północą.
Apartament niby max dla 6 osób, w mojej ocenie max na 4 osoby. Bardzo słabo zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny ( Jeden mały garnek i jedna mała patelnia) Był czajnik i kuchenka 2 palnikową. Pod sufitem siedliska rożnego rodzaju robactwa. Brak stołów i krzeseł dostępnych dla zamieszkujących apartament żeby można usiąść przy grillu.
