Okolica spokojna, teren czysty, zadbany, ogrodzony. Właściciele pomocni. Domki posiadają podstawowe wyposażenie (brakowało mi suszarki do włosów, żelazka i deski do prasowania, a także czteropalnikowej płyty grzewczej), ale są klimatyzowane (co było istotne, bo trafiliśmy na falę upałów), mają duży taras i wygodne łóżka. Ciśnienie wody w łazience w porządku. Basen niewielki, ale fajny dla dzieci a i dorośli mogą się schłodzić. Blisko jezioro Niedzięgiel a i Powidz w niewielkiej odległości. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia Gniezna, Biskupina czy nawet Poznania.
