Duck Pond Getaway

Large space, parking, location, renovated, historic wood floors, appeal, cul de sac, pretty neighborhood. Overall it served the purpose of our trip. But with some tweaks the my can offer an excellent service. Wifi is good.

Smells musty and enclosed. First impression is that of a haunted house. AC was programmed so we had to get up several times at night to lower it because it gets really hot. Shower never gets hot, lukewarm at most. Wasn’t super clean, found hairs on bathroom sink, a thong under the cabinet and items left behind in drawers. Not sure how clean sheets may have been, we brought our own. My allergies were on fire all weekend thanks to the musty smell. We tried to wash the towels before we left but there was no laundry supplies. And the dryer is not connected. We also got locked out and had the call the LL to open up. They provided a back up key but the phone provided is disconnected.
