The house is clean and appreciate all the kitchen wares, clean white thick towels and nice soda too for VRBO in Gainesville. This is one of few places that is well kept in a college town area. We enjoyed our stay.

We came in town to record a 2nd studio album. The accomodations were excellent! Great location, clean home, I did however lose about 4 games of pool! We would recommend.

We will stay here again. Very, very clean house. The pool table was a hit! Super close to UF. We came for UF BB game. It’s really 3 bedrooms with king beds, not 4 bedrooms. Very happy with our stay!! Thank you Carlos.
