La cercanía a la playa,a la tienda y a un montón de bares y restaurantes.Y sobre todo la gente

No esperes descansar demasiado porque en el mismo rellano hay un vecino conflictivo con la puerta abierta y la tele a todo volumen prácticamente todo el día, obras en el piso de abajo y la piscina cerrada cada dos por tres por "escapes infantiles"...
