Exceptionally clean… the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The renovation is very nicely done. Fast wifi. Sunny terrace. Street parking in front of door. Easy check-in. Kitchen is well equipped if you’re a long stay like us and want to cook at home, and nice to have dishwasher as well. Great location just a block from the beach! We walked everywhere in La Mata.

Een goede en snelle communicatie via WhatApp in het Engels. Zowel met de eigenaar (Pools) als met de contactpersonen Adrian & Nathalia ter plaatse. Wij zijn er in 2023 ook geweest en nu weer 2 weken. Het appartement is nu zeer mooi gerenoveerd. Heerlijk bed (was overigens in 2023 ook). De nieuwe slaapbank zit ook uitstekend! Wederom van alle gemakken voorzien zoals airco, vaatwasser, wasmachine, plafondventilator, handdoeken, beddengoed en het zwembad is het hele jaar open. Winkels, restaurants, strand rondom dus op loopafstand. Elke woensdag is er markt van 8 tot 14.00 uur. Een auto is wel aan te raden en de omgeving te verkennen. Hoewel er een goede busverbinding is met onder andere Torrevieja. Kortom een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. Echt top geregeld allemaal. Een aanrader dit appartement!

Beliggenheden ift stranden var rigtig god. Dejligt med en lille lukket forhave, hvor vi brugte al tiden, vi var i lejligheden.
