I loved everything! The home is in a great location. It's clean and cosy. It's the best place I've found in the 'Sale' area. It's in a quiet Avenue, but, 5 mins. walk away from grocery shops/tram stop/bars and restaurants...even a Hairdresser (that I used a few times 😉). The Host is a friendly, really helpful gentleman called Reza - he came to visit me straight away, when I had a small problem, and made sure it was 'solved'. There's everything you need inside the home, for a short or longer stay. And as a 'solo' traveller it was great to be staying in a lovely 'safe area'. I was extremely happy with Birch Nest. Well done! 💯

Need a couple more 'tea towels', and a fan would be useful. And I personally like 'nets/blinds' at the windows....otherwise...perfect. These small things still wouldn't stop me from booking again! ❤️

Extremely comfortable,very well equipped and impeccably clean.Beds very comfortable.Well located for our purposes,and only a few minutes walk from Brooklands Tram station.Decor modern and tasteful.Hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into equipping the house-attention to detail was obvious.Communication was also excellent with timely emails with instructions for access and helpful checklist before leaving.

As others have mentioned,bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom downstairs.Internal stairs steep-so not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility who struggles with stairs.

Nice little house close to a tram stop so very convenient for travelling into Manchester.

No hooks to either hang up coats or clothing/dressing gowns in the bathroom. No lamp in the living room - just the over head light which was quite bright for the evening.

Beautiful little place, lovely and clean… well kept and decorated very well. Perfect for a few nights stay in a great location - right near tram station.
