The location was good for us,quite,away from the kaos of downtown with a couple of malls nearby and plenty of of options for eating as well as supermarkets nearby. It was only a five minute walk to the metro which ran every 7-10 minutes and would have you in at Bin tanh market in 12 minutes.
The only downside was having to inconvenience our host every time we wanted to use the pool as to gain access she had to scan her hand to open the gate, otherwise very good, clean & great location.

Appartement très spacieux, très confortable et agréable. Également très propre. Très belle vue en hauteur sur la ville d’Ho Chi Minh city 🙂. Localisé dans un quartier avec beaucoup de vie ( bar, coffee shop, restaurant, shopping 🛍️, etc… ) . Très facile d’accès au Centre ville (D1) par voiture ou Métro (station très proche de l’appartement) . Pour finir, Ce logement se situe dans un building très calme et cela est appréciable. 🙂

Ingang schitterende lobby.
Gebouw binnen en buiten mooi.
Schitterende gym en zwembad .
Appartement luxe.
Ik huurde het via booking.com en dat mocht niet ,toen ik daar aan kwam na een lange vliegreis vanuit Amsterdam.
Daar stond een groot bord dat short stay verboden is en strafbaar via Booking.com Airbnb trivago Agoda
Eigenaar niet te bereiken heb het gelijk geannuleerd via Booking.com en van de security man moesten we naar buiten gaan .
Gevraagd of hij ons kon helpen met een appartement en het kon via de bedrijf van wie dat gebouw is.
