2BR apartment with modern, clean and most comfortable design at T1 tower of Masteri Thao Dien luxury complex in District 2. The apartment has balcony with airy and peaceful views to city
2BR 2WC apartment has all necessary furniture and amenities, suitable for 5 guests with 2 beds (Queen/Double), 1 large sofa bed.

The space
Masteri Thao Dien is a 5-star residential complex. It is located in the most upscale area of Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC - District 2, which is chosen by most expats and businessmen for their high-end life.
Even in this whole complex, few 3BR apartments have such peaceful and airy garden views as mine. And it is even harder to find with such a high-end piece of furniture and design.
Guest access
The apartment are fully furnished with modern style:
- One big living room with one smart TV, one large sofa bed..
- Large balcony with stunning and peaceful view to garden.
- One kitchen with one fridge, full cooking utensils and one dinning table.
- 2 bedrooms with 1 queen (1.6mx2m) size bed and 1 double beds (1.4mx2m).
- Two bathrooms (5bath towels, 5 hand towels).
- One washing room with washing machine.
- Wifi and cable TV
- Cold and hot water showers
Outside the apartment you can find:
- A big garden park + playground (free)
- In-site parking lot for motorbike/bike (chargeable)
- Near-by parking lot for car (chargeable)
- Building security 24/7 (free)
Other things to note
1. Check in-Check out:
- Standard check-in: after 2pm
- Standard check-out: before 12pm
- On checking out, please put the card (and key) back to the mail box at the lobby (mail box unit code is the same as the apartment unit code).
2. House keeping
- We offer free cleaning once time per week including cleaning, towel change, bedsheet change for each stay of more than 10 nights.
- More frequent cleaning time can be offered with additional charge.
3. Parking
- Bikes/ motorbikes: please use inhouse parking garage on basement of each tower.
- Cars: please use near-by parking garages (close to T4 or T1) since in-house garage is always out of slot.
- Parking is chargeable and not covered under your rental payment.
- We will assist registration process for bike/motorbike if you need monthly parking.
4. Swimming pool and gym:
- Location: On floor 3A for tower T5, or floor 3 for tower T1,T2,T3,T4.
- Please bring access card to enter that floor.
- Open: 6am to 9m daily (free)
5. Electricity
- Turn on: When you go into the apartment, please find the main circuit board (in the apartment, close to the entry door), then turn on all the circuits.
- Turn off: when you go out of the apartment, please turn off all the circuits.
6. Heated water
- Turn on: please find the water heater switch on the inside wall of the bathroom and switch it on (red light). Water will be warm in next 5-10 minutes.
- Turn off: please switch off the water heater after use.
7. Induction stove
- Both the start icon and lock icon need to be turned on before use.
8. Intercom system
- This system is to request or allow entrance to the apartment floor without access card.
- To request: input 4 digits of apartment unit to intercom system at lobby then click “call”.
- To allow: click key icon on intercom system screen in the apartment.
9. Others:
- Please do not gamble in the apartment.
- Please do not use drugs, stimulants and other banned substances.
- Please do not make noise during the hours of 10pm to 7am.
- For smokers, please smoke only in the balcony or loggia.
