The best thing about this property is the location. It has a mall literally next door and a metro station which brings you to District 1 in minutes. There are also plenty of cafes, fast food places and restaurants around. The area is clean and safe and there is someone at reception in case you need assistance. The pool is huge and great for a swim after a long day of walking. Please note you need facial recognition registered to get into the pool area. This can be arranged with your host and at reception. The room itself was better than we expected. This complex is also a residential property so there are rules regarding noise and conduct you have to adhere to which is understandable. We rented a 2 bedroom, two bathroom property on the 31st floor. Distant views of the river, full size fridge, washing machine and kitchen with an induction stove, microwave oven and a big rice cooker. The beds were on the hard side but very comfortable as my back actually improved during my stay there. Our host also gave us very clear after hours check in instructions and communicated with us regularly regarding cleaning and any other things we needed to know. Our host was also very responsive when we contacted them and got back to us very quickly.

The apartment itself is a little dated, it doesn’t appear in any of the promotional picture in bookings.com. There were scuff marks on the walls which could have been removed easily which would have improved the impression of the place quite significantly. There was occasionally a faint smell of sewerage coming from the second bathroom and for some reason the kitchen bench was sticky. However none of these really impacted our stay and the pros outweighed the cons. Hopefully these constructed minor criticisms help improve the property for the next guests.

Location was great as close to shopping mall and convenience stores such as Mini Mart. Lovely staff and security at front entrance. Comfortable beds and very clean. Very easy and fast self-check in and check out.

One of our bathrooms had 2 large tiles that were loose - hotel staff were apologetic and thankful for feedback. They were happy to arrange to be fixed. Late on our second night we had police banging on the door which was frightening as they could not speak any English. Using the translator app we were able to find that they were doing visa checks. It would have been useful to know this may have occurred in advance to avoid upset.

The environment around the apartments was very nice. Good transport links. Great restaurants next to place, within the mall. The apartments was fantastic and clean.

Couldnt get into room on arrival. Front desk was very unhelpfull. All staff very unhelpful. Were told we couldnt use the play area or pool- they were only for permanent guests. We booked two appartments - turned out that they were in completely differnt buildings with no shared access. This was a big problem Rooms were comfortable
