Wysoki standard mieszkania, nowocześnie i bogato wyposażone. Lokal położony w spokojnym osiedlu, które posiada zamykany teren, co miało dla mnie ogromne znaczenie - pozostawiając samochód przez kilka nocy na parkingu.
Na jedyny minus składa się poprawność działania klimatyzacji. W ogłoszeniu w dziale udogodnienia napisane było "klimatyzacja". Z odpowiedzi właściciela dowiedziałem się że nie jest to typowa klimatyzacja a system chłodzenia obiektu. W pomieszczeniu odczuwalna była różnica temperatury lecz nie było to zadawalające.
