Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft, absolut zeitunabhängig möglich. Eigener Tiefgaragenparkplatz, sicher versperrt. Lift vorhanden, spart das Kofferschleppen. Sehr schöne neue Ausstattung der Wohnung, sehr bequeme, weiche Matratze. Kleiner Balkon für Raucher vorhanden, Toaster und Staubsauger auch. Fernseher und WLAN während Aufenthalt nicht genutzt, daher dazu keine Angabe möglich. Bei meinem nächsten Grazaufenthalt Anlaufstelle Nr.1 falls verfügbar.

Good location, the city center on walking distance. Quiet area, some shops are close by.
Looked like it was not cleaned under the bed for months. The bed was very uncomfortable. The central heating is stopped before midnight, the flat becomes cold during the night. A microwave would have been great to have.
