The location was terrific and the unit was very comfortable
Had difficulty accessing the unit on arrival. The code provided would not allow the door to open. After several other codes were provided by the agent that did not work, heard from the owner and received a correct code. In the meantime, standing outside in 20F temperatures with luggage and not access for over 30 minutes was not pleasant. Once corrected, all went well and we would rent the unit again, but next time pursue details re code confirmation.
