If you are going to IU this house is very convenient. Great area for kids to hang out and sleep on the newer side/addition of the house. The original older side of the house is a lot older and in need of some TLC. The kitchen is tiny but does functions as a kitchen for making drinks and snacks. The hot tub was very clean and the backyard was fun to hang out.

Our family of 10 adults rented the property for the Thansgiving holiday. 1 of the 3 bathrooms was not operational. None of the downstairs bedrooms has a private bath, and the dorm style room is at the top of very steep stairs that were unsafe for some members of our party. We left after one night and requested a refund for the remaining night of the stay. The owner texted and said the "team" would discuss and get back to me. It's been 10 days and the issue is not resolved and the owner has stopped responding to texts. My 3 star rating is generous.

We booked this property so a group of friends could hang for the weekend following a football game. We loved the back yard and location of the property. Checking in was simple. Parking was a little challenging as we had several vehicles and only one street parking pass, but we made it work. The driveway accommodated 2 vehicles. I would suggest to owners to include more toilet paper. Other than that, the shower was stocked, and we had what we needed. The backyard is definitely the best part of the house!
