It is simple but clean.
Access via codes is not explained well enough. Details are missing. For example extra digit to be entered to activate house door key and having to press button on doorhandle to light up entry pad. A coffee dispenser in the kitchen would be nice for people that don’t stay long.

Price, particularly if you are some lucky to be the only one in the dorm, like I was. quiet, parking space, beds.
Nothing in particular. The location is a bit weird and it is quite a walk to downtown.
