It's our 2nd stay here after returning to Almaty. With the amenities, we are able to eventually go back home with all our clothes all clean and washed thanks to their washing machine. The owner also was very responsive (she's the one with glasses on the picture) . She gave us a few hours extension on check out since our flight was still at night. This was possible of course because there was no guest next to us that day. I also forgot to mention that she provides free snacks and drinks upon arrival. Overall, we really felt comfortable and everything we need was there and would be staying here again if we go back

The unit was spacious. I was a bit anxious at first because of the number of person it says it accommodate, particularly the 2 sofa beds. For those who are wondering, it is a convertible sofa to bed. It's not for tall people though. There are total of 3 beds (1 queen size, 1 king size and 1 single), 2 sofa beds and there's a folding bed with cushion There's also a neaeby 24/7 grocery. It was very helpful for us since the unit is also equipped with a functioning kitchen The washer was also a great help

There is only 1 bathroom. The other room is toilet only

Landlord is very nice & friendly and well welcome from them. I love the water pressure for the shower room. Got extra blankets & pillow, so the kids can had their movie night in the living room

There is no option our vehicle can pick and drop us in from of the lobby and we have to walk with all the luggage. Quite hustle when you need to handle many luggage and the kids. The apartment & room's temperature is very hot as we are not sure how to adjust the heater. As there is no air-cond in the 2nd room, the kids end-up sleep in the living room.
