Мгновенное общение с хозяйкой квартиры. Электронный ключ для входа. Рядом большой торговый центр Мега Алмата. Удобная кровать, большая квартира. Чисто и уютно. Есть балкон, стиральная машина и всё необходимое. Красивый вид на гору.
Хотелось бы хотя бы 2 чашки для чая. Есть маленькие для кофе, но они слишком маленькие. Но и это не критично, если заезжаешь на один день. В целом всё отлично !!!

The apartment was awesome, so clean and spacious. The views of the mountains were great. Close to a great shopping centre with lots of things to do. Olli was very helpful and accommodating when checking in. Loved our stay, would stay again.

Локация.
Нет халатов, нет банных принадлежностей, постельное белье старое, грязное. Некуда класть банные принадлежности в душевой. Нет вешалок в санузлах. Оплату за двое суток с депозитом 20000 сразу попросили. Хотя во всех уважающих себя апартаментах оплата при выселении. Если бы не оплатил заранее, через первые же сутки выселился бы. Квартира подуставшая. Немного заезженная. Диван и ковры нуждаются в тщательной химчистке. В душевых крючки на липучках😂. Кухня маленькая, тесная.
