The location. About 15-30 minutes from the city center. About 60 minutes from the airport. The gated community is very quiet, and had activities for kids downstairs, and there are shops and restaurants right below the buildings. The owner was very cooperative, and helped explain everything during the checkin. Kitchen is well equipped, and all basic things were available.
There is only 1 bathroom - and it's not attached to either of the bedrooms. Since we were 4 of us, it took us more time to get ready. Also, hot water was running, but turned to cold water in between at times. Also, one of the rooms has an AC, while the other doesn't. So, during the afternoons or on warm nights, you'll need to keep the windows slightly open. One bedroom (with the TV and sofa) doesn't have a door (a folding wooden partition is made available) and no storage was available in this room. The other bedroom has a door and storage, but it has no locks or an AC.
