The accommodation employee Ramin was very friendly and supportive. The optimistic evaluation came thanks to him.

The properties we stayed don't match with the photos. The owner didn't allow me to do early check-in, he asked me to book one more night to be able to do early check-in, which I did, however my first night at the property was a nightmare. I arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning. Heating wasn't working, the place was dirty, furniture and facilities were old. My 1.5 years old daughter couldn't sleep that night because of all these discomforts and that night I hope will be erased from my memory. However, the next day the owner understood our disappointments and his faults so he placed us in better flat which was still different than the photos. During the stay if I neglect the first night disaster, the overall experience was okay and provided good value for money, except one day the heating didn't work I took a shower with cold water until Ramin fixed the heating again.
