Very spacious apartment. Quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. Comfortable couch and chair.
Floor needed mopping so our feet got pretty dirty. Also, requested a cutting board and they said they would bring one but never did after first response. One side of the mattress was concave.

Layout, neighborhood, cleanliness, was willing to let us check out late.
Made it seem like pool and gym facilities were included but they are 20manat per person to use 1 time. Stove drove us crazy beeping for over 3 hours and when the first guy came he didn't know what he was doing to fix it. Lack of kitchen things like dish rack, towel, hot pads, dishware and cookware. Bathroom easily floods and no squeegee to get water in the drain.

Очень удобно, что компания сдает несколько квартир в ЖК и офис её находится в этом ЖК. Всегда можно обратиться с вопросом, без проблем заехать, оставить в офисе вещи до отъезда. Очень отзывчивый приятный менеджер. По какой-то причине не смогли нас заселить в нашу квартиру в первый день, зато предоставили суперкрутую квартиру через дорогу взамен.
Немного подуставшие квартиры.
