ปากช่องอพาร์ทเม้นท์

L’hôte était vraiment adorable. Il nous a même trouver un chauffeur pour deux jours vraiment pas cher. Il n’hésitait pas du tout à nous aider et toujours avec le sourire ! Les chambres étaient conformes aux photos, et même mieux. Établissement très propre et entretenue( une femme de ménage est passée après deux jours ). On nous a même remis de l’eau plusieurs fois dans le frigo. La wifi passe très bien, l’environnement est calme et le rapport qualité prix très avantageux. En bref, tout était parfait ! Je recommande.

The room had everything we needed for a two night stay. It was spacious, everything worked as it should, and it had a TV, fridge, and even a little pull-out sofa. Having an ensuite bathroom was great too. It was nice and quiet, so we weren’t disturbed at night or early in the morning. The people who run it are super lovely and helpful. They drove us to get bikes, took us to the train station when we were leaving, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area - which we really appreciated. Also, a big thank you to the really friendly man working there who helped us during our stay - we didn’t catch his name, but we’re very grateful for all his help!

The location was a bit far from the main “high street” where the night market is. It was also quite hard to get a taxi or tuk tuk at times, but we rented bikes which made it much easier to get around. There aren’t many restaurants or much going on along the road where the apartments are, but there’s easy access to convenience stores like 7/11, which was handy. The bed was rock solid - it genuinely didn’t feel like a proper mattress 😂 the pillows were comfy though! Somehow, even though it was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, I still slept well. We also noticed (as has happened to us in a few places when staying 2-3 nights) that the bins weren’t emptied during our stay, which was the case here too. We managed fine, but it’s something to keep in mind - especially as you can’t flush toilet roll down the toilet.
