พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาด สงบเงียบเรียบง่าย ไม่มีเสียงรถยนต์หรือเสียงสัตว์รบกวน มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น แอร์ เครื่องอุ่นอาหาร มีที่ตากผ้า บรรยากาศเหมือนอยู่บ้าน มีห้างและร้านอาหารอยู่ใกล้ เช่น Big C, Tesco lotas แต่ต้องมีรถยนต์ขับจะดีมาก การเดินทางต่อไปที่ต่างๆ สะดวกมาก เช่นจะเที่ยวเขาใหญ่หรือไปกรุงเทพฯ เพราะใกล้ถนนหลักถนนมิตรภาพ
