EN EL MOMENTO DE HACER LA RESERVACION NO SE NOS INDICO, QUE TENIAMOS QUE COMUNICAR EL NOMBRE DE TODAS LAS PERSONAS QUE IBAMOS A ESTAR HOSPEDADAS, TAMPOCO QUE SE DEBIA COMUNICAR ALGO MAS, SITUACION QUE NOS IMPIDIO UTILIZAR EL HOSPEDAJE LA PRIMERA NOCHE, YA QUE LOS GUARDAS NOS NEGARON EL ACCESO Y POR MAS QUE LLAMAMOS EL HOSPEDADOR, NUNCA APARECIO, DE FORMA QUE TUVIMOS QUE BUSCAR DONDE QUEDARNOS LA PRIMERA NOCHE. SIN QUE ELLOS QUISIERAN RECONOCERNOS ESE GASTO.
