Location was perfect👌 It was safe, because of the locked gates and 24/7 reception. For it's price, it was okay. Wouldn't pay more.

Our shower was broken. Toilet worked from time to time. Not funny, when I had diarrhea all week.

Nice, clean and equipped apartment.

The check-in and entrance was an horrible experience. It is not efficient for foreigners without a local sim card and internet. We booked the apartment one day before the stay, and paid the full rent immediately. They sent us a link for check-in but we did not have time so we thought we'd do it personally at the reception. We live in Europe and so we were on flights for 16h and when we arrived in SP and connected to the airport wifi, I got alert of several messages on Whatsapp and in booking from them saying the check-in online is mandatory and that they could not charge the deposit on my card, that I'd not be allowed to enter without it even though my whole stay was already paid. I could do the check-in at the airport while waiting for the Uber, but the link for the deposit didn't work. Arriving at the accommodation 1h later, they left us on the street with all our luggage because our names were not in the reception yet. We had to beg to be allowed at the reception at least before we get robbed. It took them half an hour to send me a new link to pay the deposit and some more time to allow me to the apartment... This is ridiculous! We had the stay paid and after over 20h trip we were treated like this??
