This place was great! Check-in was smooth (thanks to the WhatsApp video), room was clean, and it was just a short walk to everything. You’re on the beach in under a minute. 🏖️ We weren’t looking for anything fancy — just wanted our own space without paying hotel prices. If you go in expecting a 5-star resort, you’ll be disappointed. But if you just want a clean, private place with a great location, this place nails it.

Host were extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. They also helped us with booking a ship cruise to Thirasia and Volcanic Islands. Would definitely recommend them

Room itself was neat and tidy. However, no communication from host at all. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Rating would be higher, but- Sent several messages, and an email asking for check in times, parking info, etc with NO RESPONSES AT ALL.
No communication!! Couldn't find place. Had to get local shop owner to call for instructions how to find it. No info in room...so no wifi access. No kettle. No toiletries - bring your own soap!! And the hot water took forever to come through. Really took the shine off our visit...
